
Recovery Coaching with Cathy
I trained as a professional Coach at Sheffield Hallam University under the ethical code of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). In 2020 I became unwell with Long Covid and when I felt I was mostly recovered from it (over 2.5 years) I decided that I wanted to help others on their recovery journey with some of the Coaching and therapeutic skills that helped me. It has now been 4.5 years and I currently work 1:1 with Long Covid (and realted illness) clients. I see a maximum of 8 clients at any one time alongside my other coaching work.
Regarding my own recovery I documented much of it on Instagram under the username is @mycorona21. I post a lot less now as I am pretty much back to my old self and work full time and basically don't have time :-) but I am always thinking about what else I can post on there to help others. What to expect
The first step is a short chemistry call to see if we think we can work together. Following that most clients will book a block of 3, 6 or 9 sessions.
